Chungry Growth Consulting began as more than a business idea. It was a response to the pressure-filled, always-on startup culture where scaling fast often comes at the cost of clarity, health, and meaning. After years immersed in high-growth environments, I saw an opportunity to help founders and small businesses grow without losing themselves in the process.

 

“Chungry” started as a nickname - short for my Korean last name "Chung" but also for always being hungry for a challenge. Over time, it took on deeper meaning. It now represents a mindset of conscious ambition. The kind of hunger that’s not just for traction or users, but for meaningful, sustainable wins. For business built on intention. For growth that lasts and feels good to carry.

 

As Head of Growth at an early-stage startup, I helped scale from stealth to monetization. I’ve seen firsthand how powerful strategy, messaging, and momentum can be when aligned. I’ve also seen how easy it is to lose touch with the soul of what you're building.
